Are there any additional fees beyond the monthly/annual fees?
There are no hidden fees beyond what is listed on the pricing page. Team Pro users will see increases and decreases of their monthly charge as they add or remove seats. Should users need over 5 GB of the storage for documents, there will be a small (under $5) monthly fee added for additional storage space.
Is there a long term contract?
Nope! No contracts required. Please see our Terms of Service should you wish to review additional information.
What is your cancellation policy?
For our Pro plans, you can cancel anytime. However, we do not pro-rate partial refunds for any time that remains unused. Should you wish to temporarily cancel your account or pause your subscription, any remaining time will be applied to your next invoice.
Can I upgrade to a different account later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade between our different account levels. Please note that in order to downgrade from a Team Plan to a Solo Plan, you will need to take the necessary steps of removing team members. Should you have more than 5 Transactions and downgrade to the Solo Lite Plan, your account will remain locked as you have already exceeded the 5 Transaction limit. However, you may reactivate your account to a Pro Plan at any time.
Can I customize the Pre-Loaded Workflows?
Sure can! Any of our Pre-Loaded Workflows can be customized to fit your business by first making a "Copy" of the Workflow and renaming it.
Can I send SMS messages from my own number?
Unfortunately not. Strict rules have been put in place for SMS messaging compliance and we are unable to portray a message as coming from your specific phone number. We recommend using Nekst SMS Messages as "announcement-style" messages to cut through the clutter. Perfect for reminders and informing recipients about next steps.
Can I assign tasks to my buyer and seller clients?
At one time, we offered this feature but buyers and sellers would not use it. They prefer to simply be told "what to do" and "when to do it", rather than find out for themsevles inside an app. We suggest you rely on a combination of Email Messages, SMS Messages and the Client Portal to inform your clients of important details and next steps during a transaction.
What tools do you integrate with?
Currently we only integrate with Calendar tools using the iCal link format. However, we are actively working on integrations with Zapier, Gmail and the leading industry e-signature platforms.
How does document storage work in Nekst?
Documents can be uploaded and associated with a transaction. By applying a label to a document, users can email a link for any document to a transaction party. This link will permit the recipient to either download the document or preview it within a browser. All of our documents are stored via AWS and will not expire once added to your account.
Why have I never heard of you?
I mean, I probably haven't heard of you either...but I can already see this blossoming into an amazing relationship! In truth, Nekst started out as an internal tool for a real estate brokerage. Overtime, the founder has been adding features and onboarding new clients across North America. As our popularity grows, so will your success with our system.
